Very promising looking plugin but, at the moment it seems to be not functioning (at least for me).
I'm running WPMU 2.8.6 and BP 1.1.3.
When I sign up I get the plugin warning messages but the emails triggered are just the standard signup notifications and no new signups appear in the list.
Also, the 'groups' list is incorrect. It shows me two 'blank' groups and one other, which is actually the only group that exists. I get an error message if I don't select at least one group and one blog when I update the settings. I would prefer it not to need any default groups/blogs at all.

I have the same problem.  This plugin just isn't doing what it is suppose to do.

During a test run after I signed up for an account and activated the account I was then able to sign in immediately and use all the features of the site immediately with no problems – the plugin did not hold the new registration for moderation as it is meant to.  Very disappointed.

I was set up to allow everyone immediate access but have decided
i want to allow them to build a profile before i accept them.

Turned the plug in one and thought it might work and did no testing at all yet.

So to me it was non distructive but half of the users signup and are not caught by the plugin
and the other half of them are reported to me as restricted but i have not tested it myself yet.
I want to hear about anyupdates when they happen as this obviously needs work but half is better than NONE lol

thanks
