Using the latest WP version.
I've installed the plugin, but happened to find no options page to enter address.
Currently you can view it here on a demo site: http://dreamxtremesports.com/J…..page_id=22
I'm only seeing the PGM Settings Page to enter the API key, which I have. Any suggestions? I've tried re-installing.

The meta box for adding addresses should be at the very bottom of your Add Post screen.
