WPMU global categories not showing in dashboards

Hi,
I have installed Category Mapping Plugin for WordPress MU in WPMU 2.8.4, PHP5, MySQL5.
I have activated plugin for all users.
Any category added in any blog shows automatically on top level blog (blog1 , Admin), but on other users blogs and in other users dashboards, only the default “uncategorized” category and category added by the blog's owner are displayed.
How could I get all categories to be displayed in all users dashboard?
